Mental Performance Consultant

Mental performance is an essential part of athletic success. As a Mental Performance Consultant, I help athletes develop the mental skills needed to perform with confidence, manage pressure, and stay focused in training and competition. Areas of support include confidence building, performance anxiety, focus and concentration, goal setting, self-talk, performance routines, motivation, and resetting effectively after mistakes. I also provide guidance through injury recovery and help athletes cultivate a healthy sense of identity and well-being beyond sport. Through evidence-based strategies, athletes can enhance performance, build resilience, and reach their full potential both on and off the field.
